2. Project Engagement and Payment Terms
Before starting any project, a 50% upfront payment of the total agreed amount is required.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion and delivery of the project.
No work will begin until the initial 50% payment is successfully received.
All payments must be made via the approved payment methods specified in the project proposal or invoice.
In the event of non-payment or payment delay, DevUnit reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project and withhold any deliverables until payment is made in full.
3. Project Timeline and Revisions
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and client responsiveness.
Reasonable revisions are included as per the terms specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
DevUnit retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All draft materials, concepts, and unused design assets remain the property of DevUnit.
5. Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared with us for the purpose of the project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
DevUnit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel the project before work begins, the upfront 50% payment may be refunded at our discretion.
Once work has started, the initial payment becomes non-refundable as it covers project planning, design, and development setup costs.
If the project is cancelled after delivery, no refund will be issued.
8. Changes to Terms
- DevUnit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
